Our chief operating officer, Patricia Wszolek, oversees the daily operations of Grossman Plastic Surgery and Facial Aesthetics. She is responsible for coordinating the strategic development and execution of our company’s corporate plan. 
With twenty six years of healthcare management experience, Pattie’s leadership and business expertise have been an eminent factor in Grossman Plastic Surgery and Facial Aesthetics becoming one of the premier plastic surgery practices in Denver and Beverly Hills. Pattie is always hard at work behind the scenes to ensure that our patients receive the highest in quality care and their experience with us is a rewarding one.

Both the staff and our patients alike have benefited from her experience and dedication to the Plastic Surgery Industry.

Alysa has been with Facial Aesthetics for over 6 years, she has her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Metro State and her esthetics education from The Institute of Advanced Medical Esthetics in Richmond Virginia .

Alysa spends time at both the Rose Medical Center Med Spa and the Greenwood Village office making sure that day to day operations of the clinics run smoothly. She participates in the management team that hand selects each clinician and administration team member that makes Facial Aesthetics the top medical skin care facility in the state! Marnie graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in communications.  She has many years in management as she was a manager for Starbucks for 5 years along with managing a credit card processing company.

Marnie strives to have the best customer service and be able to meet everyone’s needs.  Her love for helping people and aesthetics makes her a true fit at Landmark.

Christine Anthony is the new make-up artist at the Greenwood Village office.  She is a true blue native of Colorado.  She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Communications.  With a passion for make-up and an enthusiasm for beauty she began working part-time as a make-up artist assisting with weddings, photo shoots, social engagements, and TV premieres.  Her passion for make-up reflects in her ability to guide and teach you the tricks of the trade.  Christine loves the art of creating beauty by changing people's looks and lives with make-up.  Come enjoy the gift of a complementary consultation and make-up application at our medical spa!

Janell Lancaster is one of the first people that you will speak with when contacting Facial Aesthetics. Jenell has an out going and cheerful personality and really takes the time to make you feel right at home. She is a Colorado Native and graduated from Metro State College of Denver with a Degree in Hospitality Tourism and Events.

In her time off she enjoys spending time with  family, friends, being outdoors, and traveling. Janell is extremely happy to be apart of the Facial Aesthetics team and is willing to answer any questions you may have.
